We want you to love your SocksParti order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@socksparti.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once reviewed, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit or refund where appropriate.
Change of Mind Returns
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for socks that have been worn, washed, opened from their original packaging, or are not in original condition.
Unworn and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the return is due to a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, SocksParti will cover the return shipping costs where applicable.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email hello@socksparti.com.au or fill out the contact form below with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for return
- Photos if the item is faulty or damaged
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Sale Items
Sale items, promotional items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
